Return Policy

【Taiwan and Outlying Islands】

1. Non-Trial Period During Cooling-off Period:

According to Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to a 7-day cooling-off period (including national holidays) starting from the arrival of the product. This period is provided for your reference, observation, appreciation, and comparison. You may request a return and refund within 7 days. The cooling-off period is not a trial period, and returns beyond this period will not be accepted.

2. Return Procedure Notice:

  • The returned product must be in brand new condition and maintain the integrity of all items, gifts, accessories, packaging, accompanying documents, or data (e.g., product box, warranty card, plastic wrap).
  • Within 7 days (including holidays) from the date of receipt, return the product along with the invoice and sign the "Return Allowance Form" or other required legal documents. Failure to do so may result in Geown refusing your return and refund request.
  • When returning or exchanging goods, use the original packaging to ensure proper packaging. If the original box is lost, use another intact box for packaging. Do not affix paper or write directly on the original packaging.
  • If the returned product is missing parts or damaged, Geown reserves the right to discount the refund amount based on the degree of damage.
  • Upon completion of the return process and the receipt of the returned product in good and undamaged condition, customer service will promptly process the refund.

3. Non-Returnable Products:

  • (1) Returns requested after the 7-day cooling-off period.
  • (2) Products that have been opened or used (e.g., packaging tape or box has been torn).
  • (3) Products that are not in good packaging condition, damaged, destroyed, or incomplete.
  • (4) Lost invoices.
  • (5) Unsealed products, except for defective items. Once opened, returns (or exchanges) will not be accepted, so please confirm before purchase.
  • (6) Customized products.
  • If you wish to exchange due to buyer's personal reasons (e.g., wrong product, color, style, size), please contact customer service and bear the shipping cost. We can assist you in applying for an exchange.

You agree that each return authorizes "the business to return goods or reduce invoice returns or allowances," and Geown Limited has the full authority to handle it.

To initiate a return, contact customer service, implying your agreement to the complete return conditions. Customer service can assist in initiating the return process on your behalf.

For credit card payments, if a refund is required, we will process a direct refund to your credit card. Depending on the bank's processing time, the refund may take approximately 5-7 working days. Refunded amounts may appear on the current or next month's statement. Please contact your credit card company for details on the process.

For other payment methods, customer service will contact you to discuss refund details.

【Overseas Areas】

1. Participation in Website Promotions for Overseas Customers:

  • Overseas customer participation in website promotions is subject to announcements.

2. Shipping Information for Overseas Orders:

  • Please enter complete and accurate information in English for overseas orders. If the shipping address is in a Chinese-speaking country, please use Chinese for filling in.

3. Taxes and Other Charges:

  • In accordance with the regulations of the recipient's country, any taxes and other charges, including customs duties, will be the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Order Verification and Cancellation:

  • Orders that cannot be shipped or have incomplete shipping information will be contacted within 3 working days. If no contact is possible, the order will be automatically canceled without further notice from Geown.

5. Inspection and No Cooling-off Period for Overseas Orders:

  • Overseas orders will undergo repeated inspections before shipping. Once confirmed, the product will be shipped. Therefore, overseas orders do not qualify for the 7-day cooling-off period for returns. However, returns are accepted, and after confirming the returned product is in good condition, a refund will be processed within 3-5 working days.

6. Video Recording and Contacting Customer Service:

  • Please record the unboxing of the product upon receipt to safeguard mutual interests. For any order-related issues, please contact customer service within 3 days.

7. International Trade Regulations and Return Shipping Fees:

  • Due to different regulations in various countries, please check local government regulations before purchasing to confirm if the product can be delivered to the specified country. If the product is confiscated by customs, Geown is not responsible, and the shipping fees and other costs incurred will not be refunded. If the recipient refuses to accept or fails to pick up the package at the local logistics center, and the product is returned, the shipping fees for the round trip will be deducted from the original total amount. The remaining amount will be refunded to the credit card account (Original order amount - Round-trip logistics fees - Possible tariffs incurred during shipping - Local consumption tax/fees related to returns = Refund amount).

8. Currency and Exchange Rates:

  • The checkout amount and refund amount are primarily in New Taiwan Dollars. Any differences due to currency exchange rate fluctuations will be borne by the consumer.

9. Invoice Issuance for Overseas Orders:

  • In accordance with Taiwan's VAT regulations, Geown will not issue a uniform invoice for overseas orders.
